What if I choose not to take a freight load that you offer me?

We know you may not like every load we offer you, and if there is a load that does not suit your needs, then we will continue to look for a load more acceptable for you.

Does Tetra do the invoicing for my company? And how am I paid?

Most of our clients will choose to work with a factor.  Generally, the factoring company will invoice on your behalf.  However, should you need help invoicing, Tetra will provide the help required.

Do I need to fill out broker set up packets for brokers that I have never done business with?

No. Tetra will fill out all packets for you.

What do you need from me in order to begin work?

Set up is very easy.  Typically, we require the information you would need to get set up with a broker.  We also have a couple documents that spell out the terms of our relationship.  However, Tetra does not require a long term commitment.

Do I need to commit to a long term contracts in order to begin working with you?

No. There are no long term contracts to fill out with us.  Tetra works on an “as needed” basis.

How much do you charge?

We provide truck dispatch services for flatbed loads, reefer loads, dry van loads and others throughout the United States. Let Tetra find you loads and keep your trucks moving.
